How to:
- Apply a layer of any regular nail polish that doesn’t dry very fast.
- Take glitter using pick up tool and place them on wet nail polish and push them down to sink in.
- When nail polish is completely dry apply 2 thick layers of top coat. If your top coat is not thick enough, you might need to apply more than 2 layers.
