NAIL-X Beauty Supplies and INM Nails are proud supporters of Tauranga’s Face & Beauty Academy so were happy to be invited to be a part of their 2016 NOP 3D Art Nail Tip Competition.  NAIL-X INM Educator Michal Cochrane who lead the judging was impressed by the calibre of the trainee’s graduating this year from this exciting course taught by master nail technician and INM Educator Emma Fraser (pictured below with some of her 2016 students)

Karen of NAIL-X (pictured left) attended the prize giving and was also impressed with the work created by New Zealand’s future Nail Artists and Technicians.  This 39 week, part time (2 days a week) course is limited to 14 students, which effectively fosters a dedicated creative learning environment where training is personalised to the individual needs of each  trainee technician.

The intensive course teaches professional nail, hand and foot treatments as well as business skills around learning how to operate your own business and carry out marketing for the services you provide.

Graduates of this course will be trade certified Nail Technicians with NZQA National Certificate in Nail Technology (Level 3). Plus – more importantly you graduate as a fully confident and competent nail technician.  This creative – fun filled course has a long history of excellent employment outcomes whereby graduates have found success in working as independent operators.

Congratulations to all and a special congratulations to the 3D Nail Art Winners.  We look forward to seeing more from you all.  Below winners certificates feature their work as well as gallery of some of the art submitted.
